Custard Pie


4 Slightly beaten eggs
2/3 Cup sugar
1/4 Teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups milk, scalded

Mix ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 475 degrees for 5 minutes, then reduce head to 425 degrees and bake 10 minutes until knife inserted half way between center and edge comes out clean. Cook on rack
