Mushroom Sauce

2 T butter
3 T flour
1 C milk
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/4 t onion powder
1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced and sauteed in butter

Melt butter on low heat. Whisk in flour. Over medium heat, cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in milk. Add next three ingredients and cook while stirring constantly unti sauce begins to thicken and small bubbles form around edges of pan. Remove from heat and stir in mushrooms.
