Buttermilk Biscuits

2 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 Cup Shortening
1 cup buttermilk

Sift dry ingredients together. Cut in shortening. Add buttermilk. Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter. Top with melted butter and bake at 450 to 500 degrees until brown, about 10-12 minutes.
